Super Duper Tennis × Iberostar
Bringing the SuperDuper Wayto Paraíso.
A proposed 12-month pilot
One resort. One year. A chance to learn what the Super Duper Way could become at Iberostar.

The Super Duper Way, as kids live it.
A short look at how Super Duper Tennis turns the game into play - and play into confident young players.
From ideato experience.
Following our conversations with Iberostar, let's explore a 12-month pilot at Paraíso - designed to test how the Super Duper Way could become a structured, repeatable children's tennis experience within the resort.
One property.
One certified team.
One year to live it, learn & refine.
A strong placeto learn.
~2,300
Average monthly Star Camp participation, based on information provided by Iberostar.
Peak periods
Summer
Spring Break
Christmas
Seasonality
Star Camp attendance is lower toward the end of August, September and October.

Paraíso gives us an opportunity to introduce Super Duper Tennis within an established family environment, learn from real guest behavior and refine the model before considering what could come next.
The pilot tests participation and demand before increasing capacity. Final programming capacity and scheduling would be refined with Iberostar based on daily participation, age distribution, staffing, facilities and court availability.

Flexible space
A tennis court is great. The right space is what matters.
Super Duper Tennis can be delivered on traditional tennis courts or in unconventional spaces large enough to accommodate an 18-foot net and safe play - including multi-sport courts and enclosed spaces with suitable surfaces for a tennis ball to bounce.

6:1
Small groups. Big difference.
Super Duper Tennis is intentionally designed around a maximum 6:1 child-to-coach ratio.
Small groups allow coaches to know each child, provide more individual encouragement, keep children moving and create the personal experience at the heart of the Super Duper Way.
More attention.
More movement.
More encouragement.
More connection.
Scale the number of sessions - not the number of children per coach.
As demand grows, capacity can grow through additional sessions, additional certified coaches, additional court/net setups or parallel groups - while maintaining the maximum 6:1 ratio and protecting the experience.
